reply brief, appellants clarified that the loan agreement was\

appellants offered it to show the\
<i>standard </i>of care owed by DW&amp;S.</span></p>\

      2003). Viewing the contract in its entirety furthers the objective =

      giving effect to the written expression of the parties=E2=80=99 =

      it is imperative to examine all provisions of the prime contract =
to place=20
      those provisions cited by appellants in proper context and to give =
effect=20
      to the intent of DW&amp;S and Three Properties when they entered =
into the=20
      agreement. </SPAN></SPAN></P>

      contractual relationship of any kind . . . between any persons or =
entities=20

      DW&amp;S to indemnify Three Properties for, <I>inter alia</I>, =
personal=20
      injury claims resulting from performance of =E2=80=9Cthe =

      DW&amp;S by the prime contract and appellants=E2=80=99 specific =
allegations of=20
      negligence against DW&amp;S regarding Molina=E2=80=99s operation =

      loader. Appellants have not alleged or shown that DW&amp;S =
implemented=20
      safety measures that caused Molina=E2=80=99s injuries nor have =
they alleged or=20
      shown that DW&amp;S was aware that Hernandez Concrete engaged in =
